Oak and Willow Honey Company is a small family owned and operated Apiary located in the Leeds & 1000 Islands region of Eastern Ontario, Canada.

  In an effort to combine our lifelong love of sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry, and traditional values, we officially welcomed the first 2 of our honey bee colonies to the family in 2023.

​Sustainable beekeeping has always been the goal of our family apiary. With the aim on protecting/maintaining healthy, viable honey bee populations, we allow our bees to make optimal use of the resources available in their NATURAL environment; with minimal intervention on our part, and without the use of pesticides or chemical treatments.

​

In addition to minimal hive intervention, our beekeeping practices involve ethical honey and pollen  harvesting, sustainable honeycomb management, integrated pest management, and natural Queen rearing.
